We all had a great time...We will be repeating the Drawing Workshop again in he near future, date to be announced
Drawing Workshop
. The event was hosted at the Hammond Regional Arts Center, located at 217 East Thomas Street, Hammond, LA 70401. The workshop ran from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Still Life Activity Instructions
Each participant is requested to bring a special object of personal significance to the workshop. These objects will be used collectively to create a group still life arrangement for everyone to draw during the session.
Collaborative Drawing Experience
This workshop offers a special chance for participants to collaborate with fellow artists in creating a collective still life arrangement. Attendees will work together, drawing inspiration from the unique combination of objects brought by each person.
The session is designed to be inclusive and supportive. Numerous experienced artists will be present to provide guidance and assistance, ensuring that both beginners and those less familiar with drawing techniques will feel comfortable and encouraged throughout the workshop.
Workshop Supplies and Setup
For this workshop, please bring a pencil, paper, and erasers. If you prefer, you are welcome to use pen or charcoal instead of pencil. The drawing session will take place on the tables provided at the Hammond Regional Arts Center. Because these tables have been used for various activities, you may want to bring your own drawing board or a smooth piece of cardboard to provide a stable surface for your paper.
